Rena Zhang is a NYC-based creative whose passions reside in storytelling and its distribution. She is an advocate for minority voices, media representation, and unique experiences through the medium of film. Her academic and research interests include topics such as media censorship, film distribution rights, and media theory.

 

She is currently pursuing an M.A. in Media Studies at Parsons School of Design, while also earning a Graduate Certificate in Media Management. She holds a B.A. in Communication with a Filmmaking emphasis and a minor in Marketing from Santa Clara University.

 

Rena is an aspiring Film Distribution Professional.
